How We Started
Isaac Csezmadia, Frank Luise, and Anthony Martelli opened Ciao! in October 2020 with one goal: bring New York-style Italian deli heroes to downtown Easton, PA. Massive, hand-crafted sandwiches on a corner that deserved something great.
The Bread, The Meat, The Standard
Every hero starts with Italian semolina bread baked fresh in New York — crusty outside, pillowy within. Boar's Head meats are sliced to order, and specialty heroes like The Italiano and The Easton Assassin are built with intention, not just ingredients.
Three Years, Three Wins
Lehigh Valley Style named Ciao! Best Sandwich in the Lehigh Valley in 2022, 2023, and 2024 — three consecutive wins the neighborhood made happen. That recognition comes from guests who genuinely can't stop talking about their last hero.
Still a Neighborhood Deli
Ciao! has grown to multiple Lehigh Valley locations, but the spirit behind the counter hasn't changed — fresh bread, top-shelf meats, and people who care. This is still the same shop those three friends built from scratch.
